Catapult: Resilience – How Far Will You Go?

Catapult: Resilience – How Far Will You Go?

Dig deep and discover your capacity for resilience.

How voracious is your appetite to confront your purpose with resilience? Are you willing to confront your resistance, feel uncomfortable, experience frustration, pain, or failure? If you want to reach your goals and reach the finish line, you’ll have to dig deep and discover your capacity for resilience.

When you challenge your strength and resilience, you reach deeper, see farther and unlock ingenuity. Sometimes tiny steps may not get you very far. Sometimes you must choose a leap sideways instead of forward. This begins with your willingness to make unreasonable requests of yourself.

Corporate Athletes make it a point to keep stirring things up, alter routines, and break old habits. You push past current routines by zeroing in on the part that needs to be pushed further or recalibrating to help you achieve your purpose.

To continue evolving as a Corporate Athlete, you must say “no” to the drug of gradualness and get comfortable with taking calculated risks. Either we take a risk or we do not, and either change is measurable or it is not. The Corporate Athlete mindset is not about staying neutral, with the middle ground often placing you in complacency. Lasting change comes when you leap.

Do you have what it takes?
